RETURNS
1. Return Process
We offer free returns in Europe for your convenience and peace of mind. Should you wish to return all or part of your order and request a refund, you are entitled to return any item(s) ordered via bellaandridge.com within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Please follow the Return Instructions to register your return. You will have the option to select a refund method and download the return label.
Please note that items returned must be in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all original tags attached).
2. Return Instructions
To initiate the return process, you have two options:
- Use the "RETURN YOUR ORDER" link in the footer menu at the bottom of our website. You can log in by entering the email address associated with your order and the one-time login code sent to that email by clicking the “Send” button.
- Log in to your Customer Account by entering the email address associated with your order and the one-time login code sent to that email. Then, navigate to the "Orders" section and click "Request Return" to begin the return process.
3. Notes
If you are unable or prefer not to use the return label provided by our system, we kindly ask that you contact us at customercare@bellaandridge.com to ensure that your return is registered. In this case, we kindly request that you provide proof of return and use a reputable carrier of your choice that offers tracking and delivery confirmation. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, Bella and Ridge cannot be held liable for items that are lost, misdelivered, or delayed by the carrier you select. We appreciate your understanding that if you choose to organize the return on your own, you will assume all risks, expenses, insurance, and transportation costs related to the return.
